For Returned item(s), we require proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
Your request must be submitted within 3 business days of purchase to the bellow email, with proof or reason for the Return.
To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, which needs to be in good condition. The item needs to be returned within 5 business days of our purchase.
If you received damaged goods, take a photo and video of the item(s) right away and submit your request with proof of purchase.
Documentation clearly depicting damages, wrong items, etc. needs to be provided for any compensation to be considered.
If the item(s) is correct and in good condition, but you wish to exchange or return the item, all shipping costs associated with your exchange or refund are your sole responsibility. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are deemed eligible for a refund, due to damaged or incorrect items, the cost of return shipping will be Karmalite Shops responsibility.
Process of Return:
If we receive your request via email within 3 days with the needed documentation and evidence, our team will assess the evidence. Once accepted you will be requested to return the item to be inspected. If the item(s) is eligible for a refund we will do so within 10-14 business days. However, if the item is not eligible it will be disposed of. We will send you email updates when we receive your returned item(s), if you are approved or rejected and the outcome.
